For me KPIs must be measurable and tied to the company objectives. If you cant measure it or if the measure is not clear then rethink. To evaluate your business performance, start with the set budget and consider the facts that are now known to you that you didn’t know during budget. Did you over or under budget and what does the actuals indicate?
